Dr. Mukesh Ruparelia and Dr. Sheetal Ruparelia established Devarsh Cosmetic Laser & Slimming Center in 2010 to provide cosmetic, dermatological, slimming and other services at Mangala Road, Rajkot. They have been providing these services since 1994 but they noticed the growing demand of cosmetic laser procedures and slimming treatments around 2008. So, they decided to build a one-stop place to provide these services.

Dr. Mukesh Ruparelia is a practicing Cosmetologist, Dermatologist and Venereologist in Rajkot since 1994. He completed his M.D. in Dermatology from B.J. Medical College at Ahmedabad in 1994. He also holds M.B.B.S and D.V.D degrees from B.J. Medical College at Ahmedabad. He is a Medical Council of India (G6067) registered medical practitioner. He also holds memberships from prestigious medical bodies such as Indian Medical Association (IMA), Indian Association of Dermatologists, Venereologists and Leprologists (IADVL), Cosmetology Society of India (CDSI) and Cosmetic Society of India (CSI).
